Kirsty and Lisanne to organize and set up.
We will set up straight after drop off.  First lot of sausages need to be ready by 11.30am.
Kirsty will order 900 sausages as there is approx 100 in the freezer.  Kirsty to make a flyer and get to John Brunton to send to all the outside schools to let them know we will be there.

School lunches:
Kirsty will approach Jeanine and see if there is a possibility of something hot like a pie as a treat.  Also to have available (gluten free) next to the menu items that are applicable.  There are quite a lot of vegetarian options on the menu.

Kapa Haka:
Suzanne Lemon has asked for new uniforms.  She is wanting 30 @approx $35 each.  I suggested she write a letter and I will get it to the Baptist Church as it will need to be on a letterhead. Sarah to follow up with Suzanne.

“Get your Groove on” major fundraiser 12th August
Sarah is doing a fab job behind the scene at starting to organize this.  A letter will go home in the newsletter over the next few weeks asking if families have contacts with certain suppliers we need to make this event possible.  Keeping our costs down will help with profit on the night.

Tickets and posters are nearly ready to print.  We are able to do this at the school to help with costs.

Looking for a contact that prints the community billboards on the coast for larger advertising.

Janet to ask Warren if he would be happy to be on the door to check ID and tickets.

Janet to ask Warren about Chiller, glasses from a contact he may have.
